This site collects project scopes and contractor capabilities. It does not present a populated contractor roster, verify credentials, confirm availability or book work. Customer and provider separately establish qualifications, insurance, responsibilities, permits, scope and fees.

Sending a request does not establish representation or a service engagement. Scope, fees, responsibilities and any disclosure to another party are agreed separately.
